Overview

If you need to cancel your booking, you have two options:
Receive 50% of your booking rate as a refund, OR
Apply the full amount as a credit toward a future booking (based on availability).
Inclement Weather In the event of severe weather, we may not be able to safely install displays. This includes:
Lightning or thunderstorms
Hurricanes
Heavy rain
High winds
Any other Act of God that may put our team or display at risk

No Refunds Will Be Issued for the Following Circumstances:
Incorrect address provided by client ($45 reinstall fee applies)
Incorrect date provided by client
Homeowner requesting early removal of the display
Restricted access (e.g., gated communities without access)
Animals that prevent setup
External conditions beyond our control that prevent installation
unwatered or hardened ground that blocks setup.
